As the founder of Austin Medicine, she focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of illness while providing highly personalized concierge care tailored to each patient's unique needs.
About Lauren Hutson
Dr. Lauren Hutson earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where she completed a double major in Neuroscience and Biology. She went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency through Baylor Scott & White and Texas A&M, becoming board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
Her medical career has centered on helping adults prevent disease, manage chronic conditions, and optimize long-term wellness through personalized care plans rooted in science and compassion.
Following residency in 2020, Dr. Hutson served as a Hospitalist in an underserved community in New Mexico during the COVID-19 pandemic. Caring for critically ill patients during one of the most challenging periods in modern healthcare reinforced her belief that prevention is just as important as treatment.
Those experiences continue to influence her patient-first philosophy, emphasizing proactive care that helps patients improve both their health span and overall quality of life.
