Our Concierge Primary Care is a membership program that offers monthly or yearly billing, designed to ensure an unparalleled level of care and dedication for all our patients.

  • Unlimited access to virtual care via OHMD, text message and video visits. Anytime. Anywhere.

  • Your care team is available for in office or at-home visits for appointments and urgent care.

  • There is no limit to the number of visits.

  • All members receive basic yearly labs.

  • Austin Medicine utilizes Fullscript to provide you with with a personalized supplement plan for a holistic, optimized approach. Austin Medicine member get access to discounted pricing through Fullscript.

  • All Austin Medicine members receive discounted rates for supplements, IV hydration and wellness services such as botox injections. These can be done in-office or at-home.

We build relationships with patients, providing personalized care, preventive services, and early detection of health issues. This type of care covers routine check-ups, health screenings, and managing illnesses. The goal is to improve overall quality of life, prevent disease, and create a health plan tailored to each individual's needs.

  • Anyone can get care from Austin Medicine Clinic for $200 per appointment without insurance or a membership.

  • No. The membership program will provide you with primary care and urgent care access. Membership fees do not cover hospitalizations, ER visits, labs, imaging, or medications.

  • Membership is billed monthly or annually, with a twelve-month agreement. You may cancel within the first month and you will only be billed for that one month. This gives you the opportunity to have your first appointment with Dr. Hutson, get comfortable, and ensure that she’s a good fit for you. After the first 30 days you will be locked in for the remaining 11 months of your membership.

  • As a member of the practice, we will be able to send prescriptions as necessary, as well as coordinate care and securely share records as appropriate with local physicians regardless of where you are at the time.

  • In a true emergency, you should call 911. Once you have done that, you may let Dr. Hutson know and she may be able to help expedite the process at the ER.

  • Typically, within a few hours (during business hours M-F from 9am-5pm). Members have access 24/7.
